Classification of Bedwetting

Bed-wetting is accidental discharge of urine during the night. Bedwetting is a medical problem. Many researcher believe that the below of 6 years old children doing bedwetting occasionally and once in a month. More boys have these problem then girls. For a diagnosis of enuresis, wetting must occur twice a week for at least three months with no underlying physiological cause. Bed wetting is a serious problem because urine is mix of fluid and waste chemicals from the body. The causes of bed-wetting are not entirely known. It tends to run in families. Most children with primary enuresis have a close relative—a parent, aunt, or uncle—who also had the disorder. Over 70 percent of children with two parents who wet the bed will also wet the bed. Some time parents believe that the main cause of bedwetting is drinking water before going on bed. Some time it’s correct. Not for all time. Children who wet the bed normally may be they have a smaller blander capacity than the normal functional bladder. The functional bladder means that the person can hold their urine in the bladder before feeling a strong urge to urinate. When the functional blander is small then the child can hold the urine so that they are doing bedwetting.
