Few Steps for Bottle Feeding For Bingers

The bottle feeding is not tough but its take little bit of time for adjustment for mothers in beginning. After few weeks it’s just like as breastfeeding. Here are some tips which will helpful for understanding how to use proper bottle feeding.

  • Just pumping bottle milk before feeding your child same as breast feeding. Bottle milk takes some extra time to perfect.
  • Breast milk can be stored at a room temperature for a long time but bottle milk can’t be stored.
  • Introduce the bottle after baby is perfect for a breast feeding. This will avoid the confusion of nipples.
  • After every feeding just make sure that bottle should be clean and tidy. Sterilizing is not necessary once the baby six month old.
  • Never prop the bottle and leave your baby alone during a feed. This not only poses a risk of choking but also deprives baby from the emotional gratification she receives from being cuddled. This habit can also lead to tooth decay once baby's teeth start coming in.
  • Do not force the bottle. Let baby decide how much to drink and how long to drink. Force-feeding will make baby averse to milk and can lead to plumpness and obesity in later life.
